Scoring
- Each Matchup is two possible Wins/Losses
- Head to Head verses your Opponent that week
- League Median
- Top 4 Scorers get a win, bottom 4 Scorers receive a loss
- Scoring is updated on the app
Rosters
- Everyone must start every position unless there is an injury (you can sit a hitter or two but 85% of lineup must be filled)
- Each Lineup Consists of:
- 1 each a C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS
- 3 OFs
- 4 UTIL
- 6 SP (Max you can start in a day)
- 2 RP
- 20 Bench Spots
- 40 TOTAL Roster Spots
- 8 Injured Reserves
- IF YOU DO NOT SET YOUR LINEUP ON PURPOSE
- 1st Offense: Warning
- 2nd Offense: Draft Pick Stripped (Voted on by League)
- 3rd Offense: Kicked
Pitching Limit
- There is a 15 Starting Pitcher limit per week
- You CAN NOT go over 15 TOTAL starting Pitchers in a week
- If you go OVER before Sunday, the app itself will not let you use another starter
- If you go OVER on Sunday, the following consquences will happen
- First Offense: You Lose all starting pitching points for that day
- Second Offense: You Lose all starting pitching and hitting points for that day
- THIRD OFFENSE: Automatic loss on the Week
- STARTING PITCHERS can only go in starter spots, same with RELIEVERS in RP spots
- However, if a pitcher is the Starter and only has RP eligibility, you can start then in the RP Spot
Playoffs
- Four Teams make playoffs,
- 1 vs 4, 2 vs. 3
- Winners Play in Championship
- 1 Week Per Matchup
- Playoff tie breaker is Head-to-Head Matchups (Each Team plays each other 3 times)
- We’ve Never had a Tie Before in Playoffs, in a scenario where that happens, it will go to bench points total on the week (I will allow the option for the two teams to decide a different scenario)
Farm Systems & Prospects
- QUALIFICATIONS TO NOT BE CONSIDERED A PROSPECT:
- 130+ MLB At-Bats, 50+ MLB Innings Pitched, 3 YEARS in a row getting called up to the active roster
- IF A PROSPECT HITS THIS QUALIFICATION:
- You have a 7-Day Window to either Call Up, Release, or Trade that Player
- If a player gets Called Up:
- You can either:
- Keep them on your Farm UNTIL the Qualifications are met
- You can Call a prospect Up or Down ANY TIME you want, as long as they HAVEN’T met the Qualifications to not be a prospect
- HOWEVER, if a Prospect has MET that Qualification, you MUST either ADD them to your active roster, Drop them OR Trade them within the 7 Day Window
- You can either:
- Each Farm System will have UP TO 20 Prospects
- YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 20
- You can have less, but once you hit 20 you cannot go over that number, Including acquiring a prospect
- If you trade for or add someone and have over 20 you are forced to call up, release or trade one
- As an organization, you are allowed 1 PROSPECT ADD BEFORE & AFTER the All-Star Break, so essentially you get 2 Adds a Year
- ADD/DROPS are a first come first serve basis
- You can add any Un-Owned Prospect, as long as they are signed to a MLB team (For Example you can’t add anyone over in Japan who isn’t in the MLB)
- Please Text the Commissioner who you want to add, if they are available, I will announce the signing to the league, and update the spreadsheet slide of signings
- Once you make a add you CANNOT undo it
- IN ADDITION, if a Prospect gets called and No Team Owns them, it is fair game on the fantasy app to add them, and it will NOT count as one of your 2 seasonal prospect adds, HOWEVER:
- If a prospect gets called up during the season, and is un-owned, you are allowed to add them AFTER their first game. Any addition before will result as a your prospect add. You are NOT allowed to add them to your farm. However, if you hold them for the entire year, and they are still Farm eligible, you can put them in your farm in the offseason
- 1. You have to add them while there in the MLB or else it would be a prospect add
- 2. If you already added a prospect and they get sent down, you can hold them on your team and it won’t count as a add, but if you want to put them in your farm it would count as a add
- If a Prospect hits their Qualifications, and are not owned, you may add them at any time
Rookie Draft
- In the Offseason of every season (Somewhere between January-March), We’ll have a 5 Round (42 Picks Total) draft, this Draft Includes
- ANY Prospect drafted in MLB Draft that correlates with the offseason were in, (ex. this 2025 Offseason were drafting from the 2024 MLB Draft)
- ANY Un- Owned Prospect at the Time
- ANY International Free Agent that signs to an MLB Contract
- For Example, Roki Sasaki (Top Player from Japan), Josuar De Jesus Gonzalez (Top player signed from DR), or like Shohei Ohtani back in 2017 when he was signed
- Any MLB Free Agent on the waiver wire (Locks when the season ends)
- Draft Order is determined by a consolation 4-Team Playoff to win the #1 Pick for None-Playoff Teams, for Teams in Playoffs results are based off how you finish
- 4- TEAM CONSALATION PLAYOFF FOR #1 PICK:
- After the Playoffs are set:
- The #7 Seed will verse the #8 Seed
- The #5 Seed will verse the #6 Seed
- The Winners of those will play each other to determine the #1 Pick, loser of the matchup will receive the #2 Pick
- The Losers of the first matchups will compete for the #3 Pick, and the loser of the 2nd Matchup will receive the #4 Pick
- IF YOU DO NOT OWN YOUR FIRST, You STILL must set a lineup (you don’t have to make adds) but you must have a competitive lineup all week
- After the Playoffs are set:
- FOR TEAMS WHO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS:
- The first two losers in the playoffs will be determined by lower seed for higher pick between 5th & 6th
- For Example, if the #2 & #3 seeds lose first round, the #3 Seed would be awarded the 5th Pick, and the #2 Seed would get the 6th
- The first two losers in the playoffs will be determined by lower seed for higher pick between 5th & 6th
- 4- TEAM CONSALATION PLAYOFF FOR #1 PICK:
- You can trade/acquire as many picks as you like, up to 3 Draft Classes in advance (2027-2029)
- Reminder: You can only have 20 Prospects, so you cannot use more draft picks then Spots you have open (unless you drop/trade or call up prospects before)
- ONLY 1 DRAFT EVERY YEAR FROM HERE ON OUT
- IN ADDITION: The Two Franchises who have the MLB Rookie of the Year Winners will be awarded Comp Picks at the end of the 3rd Round
- For Example, Paul Skenes & Luis Gil won ROY, so Cole-Blooded & Thunder Bay were reward the 3.09 & 3.10 Picks
- The Higher of the pick is rewarded to the player who had MORE Fantasy Points on the season
Claims/Waivers
- Resets each week in reverse order of standings
- Waiver order is a rotating cycle, after you use your claim you move to bottom of the list
- You don’t move unless you use your claim (For a Week Span)
- Waiver Period is 1 Day
Trades
- All Trades go through unless it’s clear and without a doubt unacceptable (For Example, Ohtani for Gary Sanchez)
- Trading is not allowed once the playoffs start
- Once the season ends, trading resumes
- Free Agency: Locks once season ends, Resumes in Rookie Draft (players can be drafted in Rookie Draft), and Adds Resume fully 1 Hour after Rookie Draft is over
- You can trade Draft Capitol up to 3 Year Span (For Example; 2027-2029 is current open)
League Fees
- League Fees are 20$ due before the Playoffs Start
- Failure to pay will result in the loss of a draft pick each week until they are paid
***ALL RULES can be changed with a unanimous league vote, if you would like to add or discuss a rule change, please led the commissioner know & I will bring it up to the league***
